Learn about periods through inclusive, stigma-free education designed specifically for young people. Our free sessions are available online or in person, and are suitable for all genders.
Our sessions give young people a clear, grounded understanding of menstrual health through open discussion and hands-on learning. Each session encourages exploration of menstrual health, builds comfort with periods, and helps young people develop practical knowledge they can use in daily life.

An accessible introduction to period poverty in Canada and the basics of menstrual equity. We’ll help students understand why access to period products matters, and how to support menstruators in their community.

A hands-on look at sustainable period products. Students get to explore cloth pads, period underwear, cups, and discs to understand how they work, how to care for them, and why they are a great option for managing periods.
