Volunteering for Change
Join us in breaking stigma and supporting access to products and education so everyone can manage their period with dignity.
Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers are essential to building menstrual equity from coast to coast. Whether you’re passionate about community outreach, education, or supporting our work behind the scenes, you’ll find meaningful ways to contribute. Opportunities include helping at events, joining packing days, assisting with virtual Mini Drive outreach, and supporting menstrual health education and advocacy initiatives.
No matter how you choose to help, your time creates real impact. Explore our volunteer roles and join a movement that’s making periods more equitable for everyone.
1. Dymon Days
Join us in-person once a month at our Toronto packing facility to support essential product operations — from inventory and shipping to receiving donations and preparing supplies for community partners. Training is provided on-site.
2. Educational & Community Events
Help us share menstrual equity and period product education at tabling events and community gatherings like the National Women’s Show. Training and materials are provided so you’ll feel confident and supported.
3. Mini Drive Outreach & Research
Mini Drives help groups collect period products for people who need them most. Help us research potential hosts, send simple outreach emails using our templates, and track replies. You can choose to do research, outreach, or both — training and tools are provided. If you want to help expand Mini Drives in your community, we’d love to have you join us.
4. Menstrual Health Day & Community Action
Help shine a spotlight on menstrual equity across Canada. Join us and help secure municipal proclamations and monument lightings for Menstrual Health Day, research important menstrual equity trends, and make change in your community. We’ll walk you through the process step by step, answer questions, and support one another as we take collective action to raise awareness and visibility in our communities. This is a virtual volunteer opportunity.
